1995 Edition: The Mid-Nineties

So this week’s edition of Nineties Nostalgia would mark the same year I started school, were I not a home-schooled freak! Thankfully, the freakish home-schooling at least gave me a lotta time to listen to music and this is definitely the year when I start to actually remember hearing this music when it first came out.  The obviously child-friendly styling of Bjork on Seseme Street, to the less obviously child-friendly tunes of Garbage.  Some amazing rock in general this year, with the first post-Nirvana single from Dave Grohl’s Foo Fighters rocketing up the charts. ‘ Embrace your inner child and get ready to rock out surrounded by the comfort of the nineties, cos the year is 1995.
