An eclectic act, The Death Rattles were born on the backroads of blues, country noir and bluegrass.  Meandering into town on a lonely desert highway, the Melbourne five-piece present a bitter sweet sound; one of murder ballads, stories of lost souls and unrequited love.

Collarbones - SYN Approved artist for August

Collarbones will be playing the SYN Approved gig on Thursday, August 11th, supported by Brothers Hand Mirror, Guerre and Franco Cozzo. The sample-based music duo are Sydney's Marcus Whale (Cyst Impaled) and Adelaide's Travis Cook (Scissor Lock). Together the two mix fragments from mainstream pop, R n’ B and an array of underground and local acts via the internet, then meet to perform them live.
