Ain't no party like a Rotary party

As Tamz wandered the streets one Saturday at 3am, she stumbled upon the Rotary Club serving tea and biscuits on the lawn opposite Maccas and the Nightrider buses.

She settled in for a cuppa and talked to 'tea-ladies' Michael and Richard, a drunk dude who says that "ROTARY ROCKS," and Sgt Grimwade (who agrees).
