CFA dispute explained

For three years, the United Firefighters Union has been in negotiations with the Victorian Government over improving the working conditions of its paid firefighters.

But according to the CFA, the deal comes at a cost to the 60,000 volunteer firefighters.

Reporter Jordan Fennell investigates.
