Charter Schools and their possibility in Australia

When choosing a their childs first school traditionally parents are forced to decide between public and private. However the Center for Independant studies suggests a third option: charter schools.
The publically funded, privately modelled institution will help disadvantaged students do their best.
Reporter Emer McCarthy took a look into what’s needed to put this option into action and whether or not the possibility of them in Australia could happen anytime soon.
