On Geoff in the Afternoon, Geoff Tawil explores the issues of ‘depression, anxiety and teenagers’ and how to approach a teen who may be dealing with these symptoms. Joining him is Monica Theilking and Thara Vidyaratne.
Monica Theilking is a Swinburne Univerity of Technology lecturer in the department of Psychology Science and also a former school psychologist.
Thara Vidyaratne is a Youtuber that often talks about her own experiences with depression and alternatives with dealing depression using methods of therapy and organic diets.
