Episode Two: Chloe

On a hot Melbourne night, the cool change whispered into our open window. But our bedroom is still stifling. The sheets are sticking to our legs and we kick them off. Tossing and turning, we check the time. Again. How many hours until we have to be at work? Another restless, dreamless night.

In the second episode of SleepTalker Live on Wedneseday February 11, Bec spoke to Chloe about her months-long struggle with insomnia and her surprising solution to finding respite for her weary mind.

Stay tuned for the podcast version.
