Hello from Bianca: an update from Gippsland
Hello!
Today I want to post a reflection about my feels regarding this awesome SYN Nation Project and being a Young media leader!
So, the first thing I want to say is that I am sooo greatful for all the lovely people that I’ve met at SYN! Seriously, it’s so comforting coming to the big city of Melbs knowing that I’ve got such a supportive group of people there, who are also just as excited about this project as I am!
So far back in Gippsland, life has been pretty heckers! Balancing YML responsibilities, year 12 and life’s other obstacles hasn’t been the easiest, but I’ve managed to recruit and train youth to make some awesome shows for SYN Nation, including the likes of a variety music show, metal show and an electronica dance program. The future? Well.. As school wraps up, expect more exciting times with recruiting, training and engaging of vols for the Gippsland Hub! ^_^
