So I thought I should get this internet thing up and running.

My name is Laura, I live in a smaller city along the coast of Victoria, Warrnambool. We have the beach, whales and wind… Lots of wind. I am 19 and I am a proud mother to one precious little boy, Alexander. I am currently studying and I hope to one day be a qualified Nurse and Midwife.

My pregnancy was the best surprise of my life and it was an entirely new world. There is more than one brand of pram, what?! I have navigated through all of this with the support of my friends and family which is invaluable. Along the way I have picked up some funny stories and experiences and I wanted to share some of these.

I have also come across a lot of judgement and misinformation. Which is frustrating when parenting is such a life changing topic.

So I guess what I am saying is that I hope to have some fun, get some ideas from you listeners and get some information and support out there!
