Is it high time Australia picked up it’s speed?

Australia has been talking about high-speed rail since the 1980s.

In the last year there’s been a renewed push for a high-speed rail line linking cities on Australia’s Eastern Coast, promising city centre to city centre services.  

As with many infrastructure projects, it’s a question of time and money. Should Australia have high speed rail?
