Mansplaining and whitesplaining… Please explain?
‘Mansplaining’ was the Macquarie dictionary’s word of the year in 2014. New PM Malcolm Turnbull was accused of it during Question Time last week.
‘Whitesplaining’ has also been mentioned in the media recently, after actor Matt Damon’s comments on HBO’s “Project Greenlight”.
But what do these terms mean? Panorama reporter Luke Michael found out.
