Meat-Free or Free Meat Week?

March 24-30 is a week of conflicting campaigns: Meat-Free Week, and Free Meat Week. One involves abstaining from meat consumption to raise money for charity, the other involves hosting a BBQ to support the Australian meat industry. As the conversation gets going, meat consumption comes under the knife. Alice Walker reports.
