Mental Health Awareness Week

Did you know it’s currently Mental Health Awareness Week in Australia?

This week long initiative aims to raise awareness and provide support for the one in every five Australians who have mental health issues.

But is this event effective in reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness?

Reporter Tara Cosoleto finds out.
