Over half of the Australian population will be affected by mental illness at some point in their lifetime.

This week is Mental Health Week and it aims to create awareness, engage, and educate Australians about mental health.

Reporter Jordan Fennell takes a look at the social stigma surrounding mental illness and the ways people can seek help.
