Last week Lindsey talked to Nick Lupi. He is one half of Spit Syndicate and one seventh of the One Day crew, a hip hop crew from inner-western Sydney made up of Spit Syndicate, Horrorshow, Jackie Onassis and Joyride.

The boys have been mates since high school and have been making music together for years, coming together on the last Sunday every month for their “One Day Sundays” at the Vic on the Park Hotel in Sydney.

Now One Day have teamed up to release their debut album as a crew and they’re taking it on tour across the country in September.
