Plain cigarette packaging – has it worked or not?

Reporter Carla Stoikos investigates whether plain cigarette packaging has been successful or not, 5 years after it was first enforced in 2011.
According to new research, there are now 11 per cent less smokers in 2016 than five years ago.
But is that due to plain packaging? Not everyone agrees.
