Problems in a Rich town


Big problems have always beset Richmond. 

For the moment, the greatest in the Victoria Street area, up the north end of Melbourne’s eastern Yarra bank, seems to be the continued scourge of drugs. 

So, to once again try and whomp the monster on its head, Victoria Police have stepped into the breach to dole out a well targeted sense of justice. 

Panorama reporter David Ross gazed closer at the issue at hand – its persistence, and hopes for a change.
