Protesting outside abortion clinics banned

Last month, legislation preventing protesters from coming within 150 metres of an abortion clinic passed in the Victorian Parliament. 

This means that it is illegal for anti-abortion protesters to harrass women going in and out of the clinics.

But is this new law restricting freedom of speech?

Reporter Jamal Ben investigates.
