Review of the Residential Tenancies Act

The Victorian Government is now reviewing whether current tenancy laws are supporting the rights of both tenants and landlords.

The Government is seeking public feedback on the Residential Tenancies Act, which sets boundaries over what tenants and landlords can do.

Reporter Sally Hayles explored what changes renters would like to see.
