Rosie Batty calls for greater focus on offenders, launching domestic violence report

Australian of the Year Rosie Batty has applauded a landmark report into domestic violence. 

Launching the study at RMIT University, she called for shift in the way domestic violence victims are treated, urging a greater focus to be put on offenders.
