Same-sex adoption legislation


Victorian parliament is currently debating new legislation to give same-sex couples equal adoption rights. The proposed legislation states there will be no exemptions for religious adoption groups to exclude same-sex couples from accessing adoption services. 

But is this fair or an attack on religious freedom?
