Samurai, Sam O’Reilly

Sam O’Reilly has been a part of SYN before SYN existed as it does today. He started off volunteering at what was then SRA in 1999, and hasn’t really left since. During this time he volunteered, helped built the studios as technical manager and in 2012 he won the ‘Outstanding Services to SYN’ award for his continued dedication to the station.
Host Matilda Marozzi spoke to Sam about his business, zombie videos and a special meeting with his childhood hero Vanilla Ice.
