Tonight we talke about activites you can do in any weather!! As Melbourne fluctuates from 20-40 we find it too hot or cold for the beach. So what do you do to keep active and happy in summer??

– Clip N’ Climb; Richmon 144 Murray St

Rock clibming venue with a twist, family friendly, great exercise, challenging and heaps of fun! Get a group together and race eachother on the timed clibming, take a leap of faith or just build the courage to jump back down once you’ve climbed to the ceiling.

– Ice skating; Docklands 105 Pearl River Rd

Need to cool off this summer? Go on a 40 degree day but take some warm clothes with you. This family friendly venue is great fun! Even check out the venue on a Saturday night, ‘Glow Night’.

–  Bowling/Laser Tag; Various venues, recommend Strike Bowling and Laser Tag

This is a great one for a group of people. Have a game of bowling to warm up then head on in to laser tag. It might be terrifying but it is also thrilling! Move away from the Wii games and head on out for a real game of bowling.

– Bounce; Various venues around Melbourne (recommeneded to look up closest to you)

Heaps of fun and great exercise. There are heaps of different courts, learn to run the wall, have a game of dodgball, have a go in the air bag or chase that old basketball dream on slam dunk. Exercise classes also available (Bounce Fit), great for parties and hosted groups.
