SYN in Review – Week of June 12 2015
Our volunteers from Take That on SYN Nation, Panorama and Get Cereal have made some really interesting stuff this week, set aside some time to relax and listen to some of our podcasts from our SYN In Review collection over the weekend…
WOAH! What is all that sound? If your browser supports autoplay, it might be a bit exited and is trying to play you all the things right now. Best fix? Just pause the bits you don’t want to listen to just yet.
This week on Take That; Phoebe, Ben and Jess talked sports which meant that they talked tactics, wore the same coloured ties, had some banter surronding the status of the turf at various stadia and did the show with oversized mics*.
Take That airs on SYN Nation 4-5pm on Wednesdays
*it is likely that none of this happened but same coloured ties were probably worn
With a huge increase in referals to Gender Dysphoria Service at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Panorama looks at what is being done and what needs to be done to offer much needed help to young people who identify as Transgender.
Panorama airs on SYN 90.7 4.30-5pm every Weekday
Sunday Brunch is produced by SYN 90.7’s Flagship Breakfast show, Get Cereal, and has some previously unheard content that is perfect for listening right after waking up late on a Sunday when you have nothing to do. (Serving Suggestion: Eat a Toastie and Wear your best Cardigan when listening). In this episode, we hear about the musical journey of Rebecca Maree as well as an interview with Shane Abbess who is talking about his new film ‘Infini’ and we listen to an audio narrative called ‘Head Explosions Unit’ by Ross Purdy.
