Got an idea for a SYN screen project? We want to hear from you!

It could be a webseries, a short film, a multiplatform project, a TV show or something else entirely. Send in your application here. If you have any questions, email the TV and screen manager at [email protected]

Here at SYN TV we’ve been broadcasting our youthful faces since 2003 on a bunch of different shows covering a whole lot of eclectic topics from music to politics to sex and other naughty rude things. With the help of C31 (digital 44) and our online youtube channel we’re bringing youth content directly to your eyes.

This year we’re going to be branching out into online more than ever before bringing you not only your regularly scheduled TV content from our radio shows but also a bunch of new, original online youth content.

SYN currently produces five hours of live television each week for C31 with our daily and awesome live-to-air music program 1700. 1700 features all the latest and best music videos, plus interviews and performances with local artists, live from the C31 studios. We also record interviews with music’s bigger names from around the country and overseas. 1700 began in 2003 as SYN TV and has produced over 1000 episodes since it started, including two “Live at the Lawn” outside broadcasts from the State Library.
