From a relatively simple beginning on a busy Sydney street corner, the Free Hugs campaign has spread all over the world thanks to video-sharing site, Youtube.

The spread of the Free Hugs campaign as an international phenomenon has won its creator, Juan Mann, the award for the most inspiring Youtube video at the First Annual Youtube Awards.

Panorama caught up with Juan to talk about the award and his humble beginnings.
