The Music Industry Piracy Investigation (MIPI) wants Australian ISPs to severe Internet access to those who illegally download music. Panorama's Paul Serratore looks into the piracy debate.

Australians are downloading more than 1 billion songs illegally from the Internet every year. These statistics have worried some in the music industry, who now want stricter enforcement of copyright infrigement.

Music Industry Privacy Investigation - the association responsible for enforcing copyright in Australia - recently proposed a three-strikes policy for Australian Internet users who download songs illegally from the Internet.
