It’s our last show on SYN Nation! On today’s show: excessively long suspensions, grading a break-up letter from your ex, and risking your life to follow the rules.
This week in the NBL, Cairns Taipans player Tony Mitchell was suspended for a full season (yep, one whole year) after throwing the ball that happened to hit the referee by accident. That referee hasn’t been the only guy to cop it from someone, as former basketball referee Adam explains.
Break-ups can be pretty bitter sometimes, but this guy from the US took it to a whole other level when he graded his ex’s break-up letter and then published it online with supposed ‘corrections’!
There was one thing about the story that stumped Matt the most though…
We feel like we have to obey every rule and regulation exactly sometimes. One Sydney bus passenger was exceptionally determined to not get a fine when his bus caught fire.
