Time for Crackdown on illegal downloads?

Do you illegally download movies or music over the internet? It’s currently not possible to be charged, fined or banned in Australia, but that might all be about to change. Attorney General George Brandis has signalled Australian law is about to get tougher on streaming and torrenting online. Isobelle Waller with this report.
