‘Total Life Forever’ – FOALS

2008 saw the Foals rise to prominence. DJ sets at house parties throughout the UK were surpassed by sold out tours across the world, stand-out TV performances, and exhilarating festival appearances. Their debut album Antidotes entered the UK charts at no. 3, achieved gold status, and attracted devoted fans across the globe.
Foals return in 2010 with a powerful, definitive album: Total Life Forever, and it’s our Album of the Week.

This is a stunning album, recorded in the last northern hemisphere summer at the Svenska Gramofon studios in Sweden.  Foals have switched producers for this one, moving from co-producer Dave Sitek (TV on the Radio) to Luke Smith, and have claimed in English music magazine New Musical Express that the tracks on the album will have a more prog rock sound.
