diego muñoz, head chef of world’s #14 restaurant serving Peruvian dish at Night Noodle Market


Diego Munoz is the head chef of Astrid y Gaston, which was voted 14th in the World’s 50 best restaurants 2015.

He is serving up some delicious peruvian dishes with Japanese/ Chinese inspiration at the Night Noodle Market, collaborating with Paul Wilson from Lady Carolina. 

We caught up with Diego on his creation and how multicultural impact adding richness to his cuisine.
