Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Conditions of Entry:
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
No entry fee shall be required from any person to be eligible to participate in the prize draw.
Entry is only open to Victorian residents aged 15 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entry to the draw is voluntary.
Multiple entries are not permitted.
Drawing of Prizes:
Promotion commences on June 7 and closes 5pm AESDT on June 25.
The draw will take place at SYN (RMIT city campus) on July 27 at 8.30am AEDST.
The first valid entry drawn will win an iPad Mini, valued at $329.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
Notification of Winners:
The winner will be notified by SMS.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on August 9 at the same time and place as the original draw.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Prize Draw and will not disclose such information to third parties.
